Audio micro-lessons can be listened to anytime, anywhere and are easy-to-use. Plus, by signing up, you’ll also have a chance to participate in a fun “Gratitude Challenge” coming in February, 2022.

What device do I use for Levelhead? What requirements are needed? Levelhead is an app you will download on your personal smart phone or tablet. This makes it easy for you to use anytime, anywhere.
Does it work for both Apple and Android products? Yes.
Are the lessons offered in Spanish? Not yet.
Can my spouse or partner also receive Levelhead? While a spouse or partner is not able to receive Levelhead on their device for free, you’ll be able to share micro-lessons with them anytime from your device.
