WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER SIGN-UP

1. Watch for an email from Levelhead on January 18th with your unique activation code to download and access Levelhead.

2. Once you receive your email, follow the instructions to download and activate Levelhead on your digital device.

   • IMPORTANT - TIME SENSITIVE!

   • Be sure to activate right away as the code expires within 48 hours.

   • Remember to use your WORK EMAIL ADDRESS as you “Activate your account” in the App.

   • The code is for one-time use and is matched ONLY to you.
