Levelhead can help! Levelhead is a digital, mindfulness-based app that provides 3-5 minute micro-sessions that are proven to work. Audio micro-sessions can be listened to anytime, anywhere and are easy-to-use. Topics include stress reduction, empathy, self-compassion, happiness, focus & attention, and more!

IMPORTANT: This is a new benefit offered exclusively to employees of Greater Springfield Senior Services, Inc. through a partnership with Health New England. There is no cost to you!

 

  1. Sign up HERE no later than Friday, February 10.

  2. Then, on Feb. 13, watch for an invitation from Levelhead (to the email you submitted).

    • It will include a unique activation code specific to you.

    • Just follow the instructions to download & activate the app and you’ll be up and running within 1-2 minutes.

    • NOTE: The activation code is time sensitive and will expire. Activate as soon as you receive it on February 13.

What device do I use for Levelhead? What requirements are needed? Levelhead is an app you will download on your personal smart phone or tablet. This makes it easy for you to use anytime, anywhere.

Does it work for both Apple and Android products? Yes.

Are the lessons offered in Spanish? Not yet.

Can my spouse or partner also receive Levelhead? While a spouse or partner is not able to receive Levelhead on their device for free, you’ll be able to share micro-lessons with them anytime from your device.
